Returns Policy
Welcome to our Returns Center!
We aim to make your return process as smooth as possible. Please review our policy below:
Return Period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return: To initiate a return, please use our Live Chat function. Our team is ready to assist you.
Return Process:
- Accepted Returns: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with return instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may choose whichever courier is easier.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if there’s any issue, such as defects, damages, or wrong items, so we can promptly address it.
Non-Returnable Items: We can’t accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us for concerns about specific items.
Sale Items and Gift Cards: Returns of sale items and gift cards are not accepted.
Exchanges: For an exchange, return the original item, and once accepted, make a new purchase.
EU Customers: EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to return an order for any reason, subject to the above conditions.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you about the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Contact us via Live Chat if there’s a delay beyond 15 business days.
