FAQ

Do I need a ceiling fitting?
No. It stands on the floor and plugs into a wall socket. The arm carries the light over your seat.
Which light option should I pick?
Warm white for a cosy living room. Cool white for a crisper light. Three colour modes lets you switch between both. Dimmable lets you turn it right down in the evening.
Is it dimmable?
Only the Dimmable option. The other light options work at a fixed brightness.
How do I keep it steady?
Assemble it fully on a flat, level floor before use, and place the base so the shade sits over the seat rather than beyond it. Keep it out of walkways.
Does it need assembling?
Yes, a little. The arm and base fit together at home and the bulb screws in.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 60 days. Keep the box so it can travel back safely.
